The Estate
The estate and where it sits influences every moment of time spent here
Easton Park Estate sits within one of Suffolk’s most quietly beautiful corners. Regenerative farmland, open skies, and a landscape that sets the tone for everything that happens within it. Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, settling into a lodge for the weekend, or simply sitting down to a good meal, the estate shapes the experience.
EASTON PARK ESTATE
Built On Good Ground
Everything at Easton Park Estate begins with the land. When Ali and Sian Kerr took on the 800-acre farm in Easton in 2011, they saw not just a working agricultural holding but somewhere with real potential. Over the years that followed, Easton Grange, Snooty Goose, The Farmstead, and The Easton White Horse each took shape, all within walking distance of one another, all rooted in the same regenerative Suffolk farmland. A destination built from the ground up, in every sense.

A BEAUTIFUL AND DISTINCT LANDSCAPE
Suffolk’s countryside is one of England’s best kept secrets, and Easton Park Estate sits at its heart. We are close to Framlingham, Woodbridge and Aldeburgh.
EAT
LOCALLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS, ROOTED IN THE LAND
The Easton White Horse is the social heart of Easton Park Estate, a pub where the seasonal menu is rooted in the finest local produce and the land around us. For weddings and private celebrations, Snooty Goose brings the same commitment to quality and provenance, from wedding breakfasts and handcrafted canapés to evening barbecues and bespoke catering for any occasion. Food is at the heart of everything we do.
